Aylin Ersan

Aylin Ersan is Head of Retail Media and a passionate digital enthusiast with more than 12 years of experience in digital marketing & media strategy on agency, brand and retail side. She has helped build the Retail Media division at Douglas since 2019. Her responsibilities now include the expansion of Retail Media solutions on a European level and the development and implementation of data-driven and insight-based media strategies and campaigns.
